Friendly Captain Ball Friendly Match
I had mentioned in last post regarding this event. And just now i had briefed those who attend training. So tomorrow :
1) Meet in concourse at 2.30 as the match start at 3pm, please be punctual.
2) Read the rules in the below post so that u all have the raft idea.
3) Please wear PE attire but if urs are washed, use bball tee.
That's all, see u tomorrow! :D

just to update, training will be resumed on coming monday.
everyone MUST come unless u have valid reason.
anw, i got a set of rules for the friendly captain ball match which fall on coming tuesday.
Captain’s Ball Friendly Match
· B + C division game
· Total number of players each team (not limited)
· 7 players from each team each game
· 4 quarters game (ea game 10mins)
· 1 goal - 1 point.
Scorer (2)
Time Keeper (1)
Referee (2)
RULES
· only allowed to shoot a goal in own semi-circle
· Holding on the ball not more then 3 seconds
· NO snatching/hitting ball away from opponent team
· 3 feet away before raising hands to block (1 meter away)
· At least 5 passes before goal
· After each goal, start the ball at the goal line (semi circle line)
· NO Walking/Running with the ball. (Most 2 steps)
I think u all will be stunned. Haha. If u find some rules are not really fair, tag ! or text me! We will discuss about it again on monday training.

Netball girls just contact me and ask if we ( Basketball Girls n Netball) can have a friendly captain ball match after examinations. What do u think? I have also asked Mdm Pek, i will tell u again futher info next week.
